Our method of working with businesses can be broken down into 4 steps.
Step 1
Assessment
An initial conversation about your business is followed by running some tests. Both will contribute to an assessment of how well your online presence is performing in the market place, with reference to your competitors.
The results identify areas of strength to build upon and weaknesses to address.
Step 2
Strategy
A plan to build on existing success is drawn up. New online channels are identified to assist with the promotion of your product/service.
Strategies.There’s no standard formula rolled out for everyone. A reality check concerning achievability is important.
Step 3
Implementation
We’ll work with you to establish the identified elements that will meet your particular requirements. This could involve setting you up with a blog or website, getting Google Analytics installed on your blog or website, or just giving you some help with using social media more effectively.
If you require regular reporting, this can be organised via Google Analytics and social media monitoring tools.
Step 4
Evaluation
For continued improvement there needs to be consistent development of all the online communication channels you have in place.
3 or 6 monthly reviews are delivered face to face, over the phone or by video link.
