This 60 minute presentation is aimed at people who are beginners in the world of using social media, who’d value an insight into how relevant Blogging, Facebook, Twitter etc. might be to their business.

Susan is used to helping people on their first steps to understanding the relevance of social media to business success online and strives to inject her wry sense of humour into the proceedings. Learning and a little laughter go well together!
